Inter-Activia Games Platform Service Agreement & Terms of Use

Welcome to **Inter-Activia Games Platform** (the "Platform"), a personal, non-commercial initiative providing free, browser-based, and instant-play online games. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Platform Monetization and Advertising (For Site Owner's Profit)

• You acknowledge and agree that the Site Owner, as an individual, operates this site for profit by integrating advertisements provided through external ad networks and monetization partners.
• The revenue generated through these monetization platforms belongs solely to the Site Owner and is used to cover hosting and development costs.
• Your use of the Platform remains **non-commercial** at all times, even while viewing advertisements.
• We are not responsible for the content or offers of third-party advertisements.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates this Agreement, especially the non-commercial license (Section 3).
• Prohibited actions include: mass downloading game files, attempting to bypass advertisements, commercial redistribution, cheating, or exploiting bugs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." THE SITE OWNER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Indemnification
